ZBF BEARING Co., Ltd has been formed and developed on the basis of the former Zhuzhou Bearing General Factory which was set up in 1970, specialized in low-noise deep groove ball bearings. The company is located in Zhuzhou City Hunan Province and covers an area of 13, 000 square meters, with a plant area of 8, 000 square meters and the annual production capacity is more than 12 million sets with strong technical strength and development capability.

ZBF main productions includes low-noise deep groove ball bearings, double row angular contact ball bearings (car wheel bearings), tapered roller bearings and non-standard bearings etc, among which the low-noise motor bearings are the company's fist products. They are widely used in all kinds of motor, automobile, motorcycle, mining machinery, metal cutting machine tools, household appliances and other industries.

ZBF has domestic first-class process equipment in the same industry. It has imported automatic bearing ring cold rolling forming production line and automatic bearing cleaning assembly production line from Japan, with international standard testing equipment. Each process is strictly in accordance with the requirements of quality assurance system. Quality control effectively ensures long life and high quality of the product.

The registered trademark "ZBF" bearing 203Z1 won the National Silver Award, and the small low-noise bearing has won the product quality award of hunan province.
